Since 2003, LUXEGATE Modular Homes have been built and marketed in Portugal, and since 2024, they are also marketed and installed in Hungary.

We combine the concept of natural ventilation - with underfloor air inflow, insulated building materials, and optimal sunlight orientation of the plot to maximize energy efficiency.
Additionally, we provide advice on making the LUXEGATE modular house self-sufficient, such as installing solar panels for heating and electricity generation, using pellet stoves, windows with automatic shutters and UV protection, energy-efficient appliances, and rainwater recycling.
